This Guide will explain how to access all sets and reps performed for a given team.
Set up API Token
Below is the code to set up your API Token. Please reference the Get Started Guide.
# Load the eliteformR package
library(eliteformR)
API_key <- "YOUR-API-KEY-HERE"
URL <- "https://your_team_url_eliteform.com"
token <- EF_CreateAPIToken(URL, API_key)
# Download Team List
team_list_df <- EF_GetTeamsList(token)
# Update the Token with the Selected Team ID
# TeamId should be as.numeric()
token <- EF_UpdateTokenTeam(token, team_list_df$TeamId[1])
# or
# token <- EF_UpdateTokenTeam(token, 111)Get All Sets
You can get all sets for a team on a specified date. You can use the
command EF_GetAllSets() and just include the Token if you
would like to get all sets, including paperless, for the current date.
To specifiy a date include the “date =” argument and have you date as a
string in any of these formats: “%m/%d/%Y”, “%m-%d-%Y”, “%m%d%Y”,
“%Y/%m/%d”, “%Y-%m-%d”, “%Y%m%d”. Finally, if you do not want to
includePaperless, set the “includePaperless =” argument to 0. It will
default to yes if nothing is included, or you could instead manually set
it to use by selecting “includePaperless = 1”
# Get All Sets
# Defaults to the current date and to include paperless if only including Token
all_sets_df <- EF_GetAllSets(token)
# Get all sets on a Date. Date can be in any of these formats "%m/%d/%Y", "%m-%d-%Y", "%m%d%Y", "%Y/%m/%d", "%Y-%m-%d", "%Y%m%d"
all_sets_df <-EF_GetAllSets(token, "07/22/2025")
# Get All sets on a date, not including Paperless. The includePaperless variable must either be 1 for yes, 0 for no, or omitted from the function.
all_sets_df <-EF_GetAllSets(token, "07/22/2025", includePaperless = 0)
all_sets_df <-EF_GetAllSets(token, "07/22/2025", includePaperless = 0)

If you want to get all the reps the team performs on a single day,
there are two functions to choose from.
EF_GetAllTrackedReps() is the base function that retrieves
all reps for a specific date. If you want to include fields provided in
the EF Data Points Report that are not already available in
EF_GetAllTrackedReps(), use the function
EF_GetAllTrackedReps3(). Like in getting all sets, To
specifiy a date include the “date =” argument and have you date as a
string in any of these formats: “%m/%d/%Y”, “%m-%d-%Y”, “%m%d%Y”,
“%Y/%m/%d”, “%Y-%m-%d”, “%Y%m%d”. If no date is provided, it will
default to the current date.
